What’s your background in design?

I started in visual communication and have spent the past decade working across in-house marketing teams and freelance projects. My experience includes brand identity, large-scale design systems, campaign-driven marketing, and creative operations. I’ve supported cross-functional teams, built scalable workflows, and led end-to-end design efforts. I’m skilled at bringing structure to creative ideas and turning them into thoughtful, impactful solutions that align with both strategy and execution.

Do you prefer working in-house or freelance?

Each setting has shaped how I approach both design and collaboration. In-house roles have taught me the value of long-term brand growth and how design supports different parts of a business. Freelance projects have sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, manage timelines, and communicate clearly. I do best in environments where creative work is taken seriously and where I can contribute as a designer, a creative partner, or a team lead guiding the process forward.

How do you handle tight deadlines and high-pressure projects?

I rely on strong organization, clear communication, and a flexible mindset. I focus on what is most critical, adjust when needed, and keep teams aligned throughout the process. My background in fast-paced marketing environments has prepared me to deliver high-quality work without losing momentum. Whether I am leading a project or jumping in to support, I aim to keep things efficient, collaborative, and solution-focused.

What role does storytelling play in your creative ethos?

Storytelling guides how I think about both design and execution. From brand systems to campaign work, I focus on clarity, consistency, and meaning. I always start by understanding the message, the audience, and the intended outcome. From there, I shape the creative and operational approach to support that narrative. That might involve building visuals that reinforce a brand’s voice or setting up workflows that help bring an idea to life more effectively. Every decision, whether visual or strategic, should contribute to a cohesive story that feels intentional from start to finish.

What’s next for you?

I’m looking for a role that lets me combine creative thinking with leadership, collaboration, and thoughtful execution. I’ve led design projects, supported operational processes, and helped teams bring ideas to life. Now I’m ready to take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact. Whether that’s as a senior designer, creative project manager, or associate creative director, I’m excited to grow in a role where strategy, creativity, and teamwork come together.
